Our flagship facility is at 3870 Chase Street, Gary, IN 46408 — minutes from I-94 and I-80/90 in the heart of the Chicagoland freight corridor. We are actively expanding to additional locations across the Midwest.

What are your hours?

Our office hours are Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM. Active tenants have 24/7 gated access to the facility.

Our facility features a spacious compacted aggregate lot — wide lanes, flat ground, and easy ingress/egress designed specifically for commercial vehicles of all sizes including full-length 53-foot tractor-trailers.

How much does parking cost?

How do I reserve a spot?

You can book online through our booking page for 1–2 spots. For 3 or more vehicles (fleet), submit a fleet inquiry and we will contact you within one business day with a custom quote.

Yes. We accept inoperable and non-running vehicles including auction units, repo holds, dealer overflow, export staging, and vehicles awaiting transport. Vehicles are stored in organized outdoor configurations in our secure, gated yard.

We operate two facilities in Gary, Indiana. Yard 1 is at 3870 Chase Street, Gary, IN 46408 — approximately 16,000 sq ft, 3 minutes from I-80/I-94 Exit 5. Yard 2 is at 6600 W 9th Ave, Gary, IN 46406 — approximately 41,000 sq ft, near Cline Ave and I-90.
