Can I store loaded trailers at your yard?
Yes. We accept both loaded and empty trailers. Loaded freight trailers awaiting dispatch, delivery, or driver changeout are welcome. Our 24/7 surveillance and $500K Garage Keepers insurance covers stored trailers and their contents while on our premises.
Do you accept reefer trailers and refrigerated units?
Yes. Refrigerated trailers (reefers) are accepted. Note that our yard does not provide shore power (reefer plug-ins) — reefers must be stored in non-running condition or with their own generator unit. Contact us if you have specific reefer staging requirements.
What is the minimum storage term?
Our standard minimum is one month. For short-term staging (1–7 days), contact us directly — we accommodate daily and weekly staging for carriers in transit through the Midwest corridor.
Can out-of-state carriers set up an account remotely?
Yes. Remote account setup is available for carriers operating outside the Midwest. We issue a storage agreement, assign driver PIN codes, and provide COI — all without requiring an in-person visit. Most remote accounts are active within 24 hours of contract execution.
Do you offer dedicated lot sections for fleet operators?
Yes. Dedicated, fenced lot sections are available for operators requiring physical separation from other stored assets. Dedicated sections are available under long-term and block-space contracts. Contact us for availability and pricing.
How do I add or remove trailers from my account?
Fleet account holders can add or remove trailers at any time. Contact your account manager or use the corporate portal. Volume pricing adjusts automatically based on your current trailer count.
