Return and Refund Policy

At Park My Tractor, we value your time and commitment. To ensure fairness and consistency, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

    Monthly, Weekly, and Yearly Parking:

• No refunds will be issued once a parking term has started.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

Daily Parking:

• Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to receive a refund.
• No refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

Access Fee (One-Time):

• Access fees are non-refundable once your gate code is issued.

Fleet Reservations:

• Custom fleet contracts may have their own terms — please refer to your agreement or contact us directly.
