Select the condition report add-on during your booking checkout for just $25. It's offered on the review step before you pay.
Vehicle Checks In
When your vehicle arrives at the facility, our staff performs a full walk-around photo inspection — all angles, all visible surfaces.
Photos Timestamped
Every photo is timestamped and geo-tagged to the facility. The report is compiled and attached to your booking record.
You Receive a Copy
A PDF copy of your condition report is emailed to you. It's also permanently stored in your driver file for future reference.

Can I add a condition report after I've already booked?
Yes — call us at 812-694-3755 or email [email protected] before your vehicle checks in and we'll add it to your booking.
What vehicles qualify?
Condition reports are available for personal vehicles — cars, SUVs, trucks, and similar passenger vehicles stored at our facility. Not currently available for semis, box trucks, or commercial trailers.
How many photos are taken?
Typically 12–20 photos covering all exterior surfaces, tires, lights, and any notable features or pre-existing damage.
Is this the same as a DOT inspection?
No. This is a visual condition documentation service, not a mechanical or safety inspection. It records the physical appearance of your vehicle at check-in.
What if my vehicle has a lot of pre-existing damage?
That's exactly why you want a condition report. All pre-existing damage is documented so there's no question about what was there when you arrived.
